Beat the egg whites to a stiff foam, look, do not whip them over. In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with 1 tablespoon water, fluffy foam, sugar and vanilla extract. Add the melted butter and whip them yet, then add the flour and mix thoroughly. Now add the lukewarm milk and mix again thoroughly. Mix well by gently in egg white foam. Pour the batter into a buttered casserole (20x20). Do not use a pull-out form, because the dough is thin and flows out from between.
